tite Genome and its parent company, UVC-Clean LLC (collectively, "the Company," "we," "us," or
"our") on http://www.tektitegenome.com and any related pages, subdomains, forms, scheduling links,
email/text communications, and online channels that reference this Disclaimer (collectively, the
"Site"), as well as to information, products, and services offered in connection with (i) the Bio Rejuve-
nation Center and (ii) the Company’s industrial, remediation, robotics, cleaning, and related opera-
tions.
All information is provided in good faith for general informational and educational purposes only. We
make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequa-
cy, validity, reliability, availability, non-infringement, or completeness of any information.

6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality — No Disclosure; No Reverse Engi-
neering
All Company intellectual property, including but not limited to inventions, formulations, methods,
processes, protocols, technical specifications, designs, software, robotics configurations, nanotechnol-
ogy applications, manufacturing processes, trade secrets, know-how, documentation, and proprietary
content (collectively, "IP") remains exclusively owned by the Company and/or its licensors.
You may not, and you agree not to attempt to (and not to permit or assist any third party to): (a)
copy, reproduce, publish, display, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from Company IP ex-
cept as expressly permitted in writing; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decode, trans-
late, extract, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, underlying ideas, formulations, composi-
tions, technical specifications, or other non-public information related to the Company’s nanotech-
nology, robotics, products, or services; (c) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices; or (d) use
any information to compete with the Company or to develop competing products or services. Unau-
thorized use is strictly prohibited.

While we strive to keep biological, wellness, and technological information current, we make no guar-
antees that information is accurate, complete, or up to date. Content may change without notice.
